Our Mission

The Alameda Business Association (ABA) was founded as a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization in 1991 to promote and strengthen the commercial, professional, civic and general business interests of association members through education, common cultural ties and community involvement.

Our Goals

Goal One

Serve as an advocate for the businesses and the district to create an economically strong and identifiable destination through mutual support and activation of the space.

Goal Two

Provide a space for business owners, local governmental agencies, and local residents to share ideas and work together on issues that affect the future of the district.

Goal Three

Strengthen ties between district businesses and the residents that live and work in our neighborhoods and the greater San Jose Metro.
